How to prevent cellulite


Cellulite is a pain in the ass, literally a pain in the ass, for most women. Cellulite affects both your body and your self esteem and appears usually because there is something wrong in our diet or lifestyle. The good news is that we can do some things in order to prevent or treat it.


First of all, everything starts with your Diet. You are what you eat and you must take that into consideration all the time. You have to avoid everything that contains fat, because it is not so easy to process and it accumulates in your body in the form of cellulite, also try not to eat a lot during the night because your organism is tired so it will be also a lot more difficult for your body to process it. Stay clear of junk food and try to get as much unprocessed food into your system, eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid drinking a lot of coffee and alcohol, also stay clear of cigarettes as all three have a bad effect on your blood circulatiom. Coffee, in small portion is actually recommended as most cellulite treatments are based on caffeine.


Another important aspect is Physical Exercise. If your body doesn't exercise it gets tired and what does a tired body? It produces cellulite. Try to go out as much as you can. Leave the car and go for a walk. Go to the gym, do yoga, buy yourself a bycicle. It will do wonders for both your physical and mental state. 


Last, but not least avoid Stress. Try to have a positive outlook on life!
